1. What kinds of customers does Dandelion Energy serve?
Dandelion Energy serves enterprise-class commercial, industrial, government, and non-for
profit organizations in the Southeastern U.S. Our energy solutions are suitable for industrial
facilities, office complexes, retail and distribution, healthcare, hospitality, universities and
schools, multi-unit residential communities, airports, municipal governments, state and
federal agencies, and public and cooperative utilities.

2. How do a customer and Dandelion Energy work together?
Generally, your organization leases property to us and provides access for installation and
maintenance of the system. You also commit to purchasing the energy delivered (or saved)
for a period of 15 to 25 years at pre-determined prices. In many cases, the electric utility will
        purchase the energy instead.

3. What are the risks?
For the customer, there is very little risk. You only pay for energy delivered to you, as verified
by a meter at the output of the energy system. There is never a disruption to your energy
supply, even if the system stops operating, because the system complements and
interconnects with existing energy sources. A performance bond covers risks associated with
the construction and testing phase. The financing structures employed by Dandelion Energy
are well-established vehicles for renewable energy project development.

4. What is the process for developing a renewable energy project with Dandelion
    Energy?

After completing a conceptual design with your input, Dandelion Energy will identify partners
and investors and obtain their commitment and yours, conditioned upon successful project
completion. Engineering, permitting, procurement, and construction come next. Upon
completion and commissioning of the energy system, all commitments and energy production
go live. There is no disruption to your current energy supply. Dandelion Energy and its
partners will monitor, operate, and maintain the systems under an agreement with the asset
        owners/investors.

5. Can we publicly claim use of renewable energy? What are Renewable Energy
    Certificates (or Credits)?

Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) represent the intangible “greenness” attribute of the
energy produced. RECs are a separate commodity from the “brown” energy produced at
the same time. Because the owner of RECs has the legal right to claim use of renewable
energy, they hold significant value. Dandelion Energy can help you value, purchase, and
        sell RECs.

6. How much energy is typically generated?
Dandelion Energy helps customers with solutions that generally require more than $1 million
of capital. We build solar electricity systems with capacity of at least 200KW. There is no
        maximum project size.

7. Can a customer participate in ownership of the energy system?
Yes, customers can invest capital alongside other investors, or even own the system outright.
Also, the customer may receive an option to purchase the system later in its productive life.

8. How long does it take to get the system up and running?
Once we complete a conceptual design with your input, it will typically take an additional 6-12
months for detailed design, securing permits, and coordinating with the utility. Only a fraction
of this time is actual construction time.
